Description

Hales Corners Lutheran Church was founded in 1929. Clearwing Systems Integration worked with the church to integrate new audiovisual systems that were up-to-date, energy-efficient, and cost-effective while supporting the traditional feel of the church.

Clearwing focused on lighting systems with even coverage, flexibility, and user-friendliness. To meet these criteria, Clearwing installed an ETC DataTrack Backbone system supporting ETC ColorSource Spots and Pars to light the altar and musician areas. Clearwing also revamped all existing house light fixtures with new LED lamps.

For control, ETC Paradigm drives twin ETC DRd racks providing switched power to each DataTrack section and efficient LED dimming to the array of retrofitted chandeliers, sconces, and recessed lighting. Paradigm button stations and touchscreens give congregation members control of the house and altar lighting. An ETC Ion XE 20 provides more advanced lighting control for services and special events when needed.

Quote
“The church wanted systems that would enhance the worship experience but remain visually unobtrusive. Our team worked closely with HCLC staff to develop an overall project plan which was divided into multiple phases in order to accommodate budgets and prioritize the church’s top demands. ETC was a natural fit, and their team worked well with ours so we were able to make sure the renovation was a seamless experience for the client.” – Mitch Van Dyke, Systems Design & Sales at Clearwing
