Description

The lighting and control renovation to Target Field, home of the Minnesota Twins, happened over the course of nearly a decade. ETC worked on multiple aspects of the renovation, culminating in a combination of the sports lighting system with RGB fixtures and central control capabilities from a single touchscreen. The system allows for fixtures, custom effects, and day-to-day lighting needs to be controlled via a user-friendly touchscreen interface for daily operations. This system also allows ETC to tie in to controls for artistic lighting through the complex, including baseball bat topiaries that are lit to signify the top of each new inning, and a public art piece known as the Wind Veil.
